At the age of six, Bobbi Kahler was told by a speech pathologist that she had catastrophic speech problems from which she would suffer a life-long disability.
Armed with her mother's words ("never let someone else tell you what you can or cannot do"), a small support team of family and teachers, and years of sheer personal determination, Bobbi eventually became a star on her high school speech and debate team and made her career as a professional speaker, consultant and author.
Bobbi is now a customer retention strategist, professional speaker and author and is known for inspiring insight, immediate impact, and breakthrough results for teams in sales, customer service and leadership. She helps organizations find, keep and grow their best customers. She has guided corporations, associations and executives in sales, customer service, and leadership for over 10 years.
