On September 16th, Drs. Kevin and Jackie Freiberg served as global voices at the Swiss Management Forum in Zurich, sharing the platform with eight other presenters.
The event hosted 300 executives of medium to large Swiss businesses. It was a day of conversation and presentations focused on “Finding Opportunity in Adversity” (a theme relevant to most businesses these days).

Summary and Common Thread of the Day: “Finding opportunity in adversity is a choice! Surround yourself with people who dare to try, who look for opportunity and who challenge the naysayers. Avoid people who think, act and talk like victims— they will SUCK the life right out of you. In other words, be very careful about the company you keep.”
