Peg Neuhauser

Specialist in Corporate Culture

Peg Neuhauser is a communication expert, specializing in conflict resolution among an organization’s “tribes.” She helps companies change their corporate culture by improving the foundation of trust, respect, and honesty upon which relationships are built. She is author of two books, Tribal Warfare in Organizations and Corporate Legends and Lore, and co-author of Culture.com: Building Corporate Culture in a Connected Workplace.

For over 16 years, she has worked as a management consultant. As an internal consultant for the Hospital Corporation of America, she developed services and programs for corporate hospital clients. She has also managed financial systems conversions, working with technical and accounting divisions. In 1984, she established PCN Associates, which specializes in communications training.

Peg Neuhauser offers practical tips for actions to take and those to avoid, to create a more innovative and adaptive organization. The focus is on increasing collaboration in cross-functional teams and managing people’s reactions to the fear and anger associated with change. In addition, when companies merge or restructure, one of the greatest challenges is blending the old cultures into a new one that is focused on the goals of the new organization. Neuhauser provides tips and a step-by-step game plan on how to create a new blended culture as rapidly as possible. Her stories, case examples, and humor illustrate each idea in a way that is both entertaining and easy to remember.
